Diary of my Body

Diary of my Body is a long-term photographic project exploring the continuous metamorphosis of the female body over several decades.
Through an intimate, personal approach, self-portraits trace a visual journey from loneliness to connection, from alienation to acceptance and pride, and from constant change to a new understanding of the self.

The images, created between 2007 and today, show how the body evolves under the influence of time, experience, and emotion.
The body appears not only as form but as a vessel of memories, vulnerability, and strength.
Each change, sometimes subtle, sometimes profound, is a stage in an ongoing transformation that connects the personal with the universal.

What began as an initial experiment grew into an intense artistic exploration of identity, bodily awareness, and the continuous transformation of womanhood.
The project is a personal reflection on learning to navigate change: resilience, acceptance and the ability to move forward positively despite transformation and loss.
